I followed the tasting instructions, and the breathing really did make a difference! And I LOVE the Apple Smoked Uganda Bukonzo. I was disappointed when I saw it, as, generally, I don't like smoked food. OMG - this was delicious! I can really taste the sweet apple, and just a hint of smoke. My favourite out of all in the box.
