Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Making: 1-Day Intensive

A small-group, hands-on workshop for those who want to understand how chocolate is made from cacao beans.

A full-day session designed to give you a clear, practical understanding of the bean-to-bar process - from roasting and refining through to tempering and flavour.

You’ll explore how chocolate develops at each stage, taste a range of bean-to-bar chocolates, and take part in key parts of the process yourself.

Held in a working chocolate space in Exeter, this is a chance to slow down, ask questions, and build a deeper understanding of chocolate beyond the basics.
