You’ll explore how chocolate develops at each stage, taste a range of bean-to-bar chocolates, and take part in key parts of the process yourself.
Held in a working chocolate space in Exeter, this is a chance to slow down, ask questions, and build a deeper understanding of chocolate beyond the basics.
