Chocolate Tasting & Making Experience
A sensory journey into bean-to-bar chocolate craft.
Join Nicola - founder and chief chocolate maker - for an intimate hands-on experience exploring the world of real chocolate.
Over two immersive hours, you’ll taste a curated selection of bean-to-bar chocolates, discover how flavour develops from cacao bean to finished bar, and take part in key stages of the chocolate-making process.
Together, we’ll explore:
how origin, fermentation, and craft shape flavour
what makes bean-to-bar chocolate so distinctive
the sensory experience of tasting chocolate slowly and intentionally
the transformation from raw cacao bean to finished chocolate
You’ll make your own chocolate to take home, alongside a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship, flavour, and sensory richness of real chocolate.
Designed for curious chocolate lovers, this relaxed small-group experience blends tasting, making, storytelling, and sensory exploration - no prior knowledge needed.
