Chocolate Tasting & Making Experience

A sensory journey into bean-to-bar chocolate craft.

Join Nicola - founder and chief chocolate maker - for an intimate hands-on experience exploring the world of real chocolate.

Over two immersive hours, you’ll taste a curated selection of bean-to-bar chocolates, discover how flavour develops from cacao bean to finished bar, and take part in key stages of the chocolate-making process.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • how origin, fermentation, and craft shape flavour

  • what makes bean-to-bar chocolate so distinctive

  • the sensory experience of tasting chocolate slowly and intentionally

  • the transformation from raw cacao bean to finished chocolate

You’ll make your own chocolate to take home, alongside a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship, flavour, and sensory richness of real chocolate.

Designed for curious chocolate lovers, this relaxed small-group experience blends tasting, making, storytelling, and sensory exploration - no prior knowledge needed.
