For those who would like to explore chocolate more deeply, the Seasonal Tasting Membership is our quarterly invitation to slow down.
Every three months, members receive a carefully curated collection of bean-to-bar chocolates inspired by flavour, memory and the changing seasons, accompanied by tasting notes, stories and occasional surprises.

I followed the tasting instructions, and the breathing really did make a difference! And I LOVE the Apple Smoked Uganda Bukonzo. I was disappointed when I saw it, as, generally, I don't like smoked food. OMG - this was delicious! I can really taste the sweet apple, and just a hint of smoke. My favourite out of all in the box.
