This chocolate bar is made from cocoa beans grown in the Tumaco region in Colombia. We have paired this outstanding cacao with seaweed harvested in Devon by Ebb Tides. The salty, umami flavours in the seaweed complement the deep nutty and earthy notes of the cacao perfectly.

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, dulse (palmaria palmata).
